Introduction:

DL 207/2008 of article of 23-10 provides that meat handlers that already have a hygiene and food safety course must attend, 3 in 3 years a refresher course of the same, in order to renew the Meat Handler Card.

Objectives: 

This course aims to recycle and enhance knowledge previously acquired on meat marketing techniques and products.
